Multi-Warehouse Inventory & Valuation Reports
Warehouse-filtered Inventory Report
When the Multi-Warehouse feature is enabled for your plan, the inventory report can be filtered to a single warehouse. Quantities, stock status (OK / low / out) and the total stock value then reflect only that warehouse, while unit costs remain the global weighted-average cost (AVCO).
In the mobile app open Reports → Inventory and pick a warehouse from the filter. Without a filter the report shows the combined totals across all warehouses — exactly as before the feature existed.
Warehouse Valuation Report
Reports → Warehouse Valuation lists every warehouse with its total on-hand quantity and total stock value (quantity × global average cost, variants valued at their own average cost). The footer compares the grand total against the Inventory account balance in the general ledger: a green check means the physical valuation matches your books to the cent (invariant I4). A difference indicates stock movements recorded outside the valuation engine and should be investigated from the reconciliation screen.
Notes
- Both reports are read-only and available only when your subscription plan includes the Warehouses feature.
- Internal transfers never change the total valuation or the GL (net zero).
- Old app versions keep working: without a warehouse filter nothing changes.
