Product Management

Product List

View and manage all your products from Products → List. Search by name, barcode, or SKU. Filter by category, brand, or stock status.

Why this matters: Your product catalog is the foundation of your business. Well-organized products with accurate prices, barcodes, and stock levels mean faster POS operations, accurate financial reports, and reliable inventory tracking. Every sale, purchase, and report depends on accurate product data.

Organize products into categories and sub-categories. Navigate to Categories in the sidebar to manage them.

Brands & Units

Manage product brands and measurement units from their respective sections in the sidebar.

Practical Example: You sell "Samsung Galaxy A15" at 2,500,000 SYP with purchase price 2,000,000 SYP. You set barcode 6901234567890, category "Electronics > Phones", tax 15%, and opening stock 25 units. Now when you scan this barcode at POS, the product appears instantly. Your profit margin (20%) is tracked automatically, and when stock drops to 5 units, the dashboard alerts you to reorder.
