Mohaseb uses a unified contact system where customers, suppliers, employees, and partners are managed in one place.
Why this matters: Your business relationships are your most valuable asset. Tracking customer purchase history helps you identify loyal customers and offer personalized service. Monitoring supplier balances prevents overdue payments that could harm your supply chain. Employee records with salary and commission tracking simplify payroll and motivation.

Practical Example: Customer "Al-Sham Markets" has bought 5M SYP worth of goods on credit over 3 months. You check their contact page: current balance = 2.3M SYP, credit limit = 3M SYP. The aging report shows 800K SYP is overdue by 60+ days. You call them, collect 1M SYP, and their balance drops to 1.3M. The payment is auto-recorded as a Receipt Voucher (Dr Cash, Cr Accounts Receivable).
