Subscription & Billing

Overview

Manage your subscription plan, monitor usage, upgrade to get more features, renew your plan, or manage your account — all from the Subscription & Billing page in the sidebar.

Why this matters: Your subscription determines which features you can use and how many products, users, branches, and customers you can create. Understanding your plan helps you get the most value and avoid hitting limits unexpectedly.

Accessing the Subscription Page

Click Subscription & Billing in the sidebar (the diamond icon). This page shows:

  • Your current plan name, price, and status
  • Subscription start and end dates
  • Billing cycle (monthly or annual)
  • Trial period status (if applicable)

Viewing Plan Features

The What's Included section shows all features available in your plan with checkmarks for enabled features and lock icons for features not included. Click the ? icon next to any feature for a detailed explanation and link to its documentation.

Monitoring Usage & Limits

Screenshot: Usage and limits progress bars

The Usage & Limits section shows progress bars for your resource usage:

  • Products — How many products you have vs. your plan limit
  • Users — Active user accounts vs. plan limit
  • Branches — Store locations vs. plan limit
  • Customers, Suppliers, Accounts, Categories — Same concept
  • Storage — Disk usage for uploaded images and documents
Approaching Limit: When a usage bar reaches 90% or more, a warning appears. Consider upgrading your plan before you hit the limit, which would prevent you from creating new items in that category.
Practical Example: You have the Starter plan with a limit of 1,000 products. Your progress bar shows 850/1,000 (85%). You are planning to add 200 new products next month. Upgrade to a plan with a higher product limit before you run out.

Upgrading Your Plan

Annual savings: Choosing annual billing typically saves 15-20% compared to monthly. If you are committed to using Mohaseb, annual is the better value.

Renewing Your Subscription

Click the Renew Now button at the top of the subscription page. Your renewal extends from your current end date (or today if already expired).

Payment History

Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel, expand the Danger Zone at the bottom of the page and click Cancel Subscription. Important notes:

  • You can still use the service until your current billing period ends
  • Your data is preserved — you can reactivate later
  • No further charges will be made

Deleting Your Account

Account deletion permanently removes all your data. This is in the Danger Zone section. You must type DELETE to confirm. This action cannot be undone.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent. All products, orders, financial records, customers, and settings will be permanently erased. Export your data before deleting.
