Practical Example: Employee "Ahmad" has a base salary of 800,000 SYP, transportation allowance 100,000 SYP, and 2% sales commission. This month he sold 5M SYP worth of products (commission = 100,000 SYP). He also took a 200,000 SYP advance mid-month. Payroll calculation: Base 800K + Allowance 100K + Commission 100K - Advance deduction 200K = Net salary 800,000 SYP. The system creates entries: Dr Salary Expense 1M / Cr Cash 800K + Cr Advance Receivable 200K.
