Questions about changing plan

If I upgrade, do I lose my data?
No. Upgrading only unlocks additional features. Your products, invoices, accounts and customers stay exactly as they are, with no downtime.

When does the new plan take effect?
As soon as payment is confirmed. New features appear when you reload the web app, and on the phone at the next sync.

Can I move down to a smaller plan?
Yes. Features the smaller plan does not include are hidden from the interface, but the data behind them is kept, not deleted — it comes back if you upgrade again.

Monthly or yearly — what is the difference?
Identical features; yearly simply costs less: لايت saves $5, محاسب saves $21, محاسب بلس saves $48 per year.

Is the mobile app included in every plan?
Yes, in all three. The app works online and offline, and syncs back the moment the connection returns.
